THE CONSCIOUSNESS / DESIGN PARTNERS

Partner-data sharing. One boundary. Measurable proof.

A proposed 4–6 week pilot design for one selected server-side export/send tool. It starts only after scope, security and evaluation agreement; availability is subject to engineering readiness.

THE FIRST WORKFLOW

Inspect the authority before the send.

Data & rights

Distinguish access from purpose and right-to-use.

Should this agent send this information to this recipient?

The agent proposes external sharing of partner/customer information. Inspect principal, authorized recipient, purpose, data-use rights, evidence and policy version. Hold missing authorization, deny prohibited disclosure or approve within independently enforced permissions.

An aggregate or alternate recipient is offered only when explicitly allowed. The MVP is one controllable send/export tool—not every agent, model or network path.

Good fit: US B2B software/data-enabled service firms, approximately 200–2,000 employees as a planning range, a tool-using agent, recurring sharing, reachable champion and budget, named policy owner and consented evidence access.

Trigger: blocked launch, security review or a recurring manual approval queue. Champion: head of AI/platform. Buyer: CTO/VP Engineering or CISO, depending on budget. Data/business policy owner approves rules.

Available: public editorial content, deterministic demos and model-backed source-linked CAI reflection.

Proposed: enforced gateway/API, enterprise isolation/auth and production reliability.

Evidence to earn: validated benchmarks, external paid pilots and commercial revenue — not yet reported/validated.

PROPOSED PILOT SEQUENCE

Replay first. Enforce only after gates.

Engineering boundaries

Attach evidence and approval to consequential changes.

  1. 01 / Scope

Agree coverage inventory, threat model, existing rules baseline, budget and acceptance criteria.

  2. 02 / Replay

Use consented synthetic/redacted cases, versioned labels and a held-out set. Keep synthetic and customer-provided evidence separate.

  3. 03 / Shadow

Compare judgments without controlling production actions. Review disagreement and uncertainty escalate to authorized humans.

  4. 04 / Optional bounded test

Only after security and evaluation gates: narrowly enforced test coverage with least privilege, revocation and fail-closed policy for configured high-risk actions.

Enterprise auth, tenant isolation, DPA, retention/deletion agreement, private-context handling and spend quotas are prerequisites—not live enterprise capabilities. Never paste production data into the public CAI reflection.

PAIRED EVALUATION DESIGN

Prove what the extra review contributes.

Human wisdom

Keep sources visible through interpretation and approved policy.

BASELINE A

Rules only

Approved deterministic policy and the same hard execution controls.

BASELINE B

Generic LLM review

Generic contextual review plus identical hard controls.

CANDIDATE

Source-linked policy + bounded review

Approved source-to-principle lineage, tested on the same covered actions.

Independent human reviewers provide paired labels. Use held-out cases; source texts are not evaluation answers. Log denominators, dataset version, model version, policy version and declared scope. Separate synthetic/customer-provided cases and minimize sensitive payloads.

Proposed deliverables
  • Threat model and covered-action inventory
  • Policy-source pack and paired baseline report
  • Bypass, revocation and timeout tests
  • Redacted audit receipt and explicit go/no-go recommendation

Critical denialsTarget to agree
All declared critical denials held on agreed tests
Unnecessary holdsTarget to agree
≤5% on labelled authorized cases
ReceiptsTarget to agree
100% presence on covered test actions
Bypass suiteTarget to agree
No observed bypass on the declared adversarial suite
Latency & costTarget to agree
Measure p95 latency and cost against customer-agreed budgets
Review handling timeTarget to agree
Proposed improvement target ≥30% versus the same baseline

Targets are proposals, not measured results or future guarantees. Zero observed failures on a declared suite does not prove zero risk. Any bypass blocks enforcement; uncertainty or reviewer disagreement escalates. Latency and costs are measured, not promised.

Monetizable value: shorter authorized review cycles, traceable permissioned sharing and less rework. Measure real handling time and residual human review rather than assigning invented dollars to averted breaches.

Commercial sequence: agree bounded paid-pilot terms when ready, then annual enterprise contracts for repeatable deployment. No prices or pilot slots have been published.
